Adapting the Template

Shift workers. Anchor the energy lane to time since waking, not to clock time. The dip lands about 6 to 8 hours into wakefulness regardless of the hour.

Meeting-heavy calendars. Block the Strong band first, then let meetings fill around it. A protected 90 minutes in a Recovering band beats zero minutes of deep work.
