7-Day Guarantee on First Orders
Trying Roon for the first time? Your first order is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t love it, whether the taste isn’t for you, you didn’t feel the benefit you hoped for, or it’s just not the right fit, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send anything back. The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order.
All Sales Are Final After That
Because Roon pouches are a consumable food supplement, orders beyond the first-order guarantee are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products outside that window. This is standard practice for consumable health and wellness products and keeps every order safe and sealed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
To report an issue, email us at hello@takeroon.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item are helpful but not required.
