Used in the morning or early afternoon, Roon shouldn't affect your sleep — even on a daily routine. Each pouch is 80 mg of caffeine — about one small cup of coffee — and the focus window is roughly 6–8 hours. The other ingredients (TeaCrine™, Dynamine™, L-theanine) clear quickly. As with any caffeine source, stop at least 8 hours before bed and don't take it in the evening.

Roon has a moderate amount of caffeine (80 mg per pouch), which — like any caffeine — can cause mild physical dependence with daily use. The rest of the formula (TeaCrine™ + Dynamine™) doesn't build tolerance the way caffeine alone does.
