The Roon manifesto

We wanted a cleaner way to feel sharp.

Founders’ note
Helios Intelligence

We’re a team of physicians and scientists who spent years studying how the brain works — and our personal time trying to make ours work better. We tested every nootropic on the market: the premium brands, the budget stacks, the research compounds that never made it to store shelves. None of them met the bar for what we’d actually want to take every day.

We wanted energy and focus without nicotine, without the jitter, without the 3pm crash. Something that lasts the whole working day — and that helps people perform better and feel like better versions of themselves.

So we built it. Roon is the product we wanted on the mornings that mattered most. Quiet. Honest. Measured. A new standard for cognitive performance, built around how it feels.

We use it every day. We hope you do too.

What we believe

Four principles.

01

Better, not more

Most products win by giving you more. More caffeine, more ingredients, more mg. Better is harder. Better is what we build.

02

Feel over claim

Marketing language is a poor proxy for how something actually lands in your body. We trust the second one.

03

Publish the method

No proprietary blends. No mystery stacks. Every compound, every mg, every study — public.

04

All day, no crash

Real performance lasts. Roon is built to deliver a steady, six-to-eight-hour curve of focus and energy — so the day ends without a crash and tomorrow starts on the same line.

The people

A small group of obsessives.

01
Harvard & MIT trained

Physicians and scientists with decades of brain research between them.

02
Published researchers

Work in the world’s top biology journals.

03
Personal obsessives

We tested every nootropic on the market before we built one.

04
Honest operators

We test on ourselves before we’d ever ask anyone else to try it.

Join the ones who care how it feels.
