Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

2. Intellectual Property

Roon, the Roon name, logo, product formulations, website design, text, graphics, and all other content on this site are the property of Helios Intelligence, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Helios Intelligence intellectual property.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Helios Intelligence or Roon branding, content, or proprietary formulations without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

3. Product Use & Health Warnings

Roon nootropic pouches are intended for healthy individuals 18 years of age and older. By purchasing Roon products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Roon products are NOT intended for children under 18 years of age.
Roon products are NOT intended for individuals who are sensitive to caffeine.
Roon products are NOT intended for women who are pregnant or nursing.
Do NOT chew or swallow the pouch.
Do NOT exceed the recommended serving size. Each serving contains active stimulant ingredients including caffeine. Allow at least 6 hours between servings.
Avoid the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while using Roon products. Excessive caffeine intake may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally a rapid heartbeat.
Roon pouches contain methylliberine, which may interact with caffeine metabolism. As a result, we recommend a daily maximum of 4 pouches (320 mg total caffeine) and advise against additional caffeine intake from other sources, including coffee, energy drinks, or caffeinated supplements, while using Roon.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Choking hazard.
Individuals with the following conditions or medication use should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Roon:
- Cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), or a history of stroke
- Anxiety disorders, panic disorder, or other psychiatric conditions, as stimulant ingredients may exacerbate symptoms
- Diabetes or blood sugar regulation issues, as caffeine may affect insulin sensitivity and glucose response
- Seizure or epileptic disorders
- Kidney or liver disease, which may impair the body’s ability to metabolize active ingredients
- Thyroid conditions or those taking thyroid medication
- Individuals currently taking MAOIs, SSRIs, antidepressants, or other psychiatric medications, as methylliberine and theacrine may interact with these drug classes
- Individuals taking stimulant medications (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, or similar), blood pressure medications, blood thinners, or any medication with known caffeine interactions
- A history of caffeine sensitivity or adverse reactions to stimulants
Do not consume Roon products at bedtime, as caffeine may cause difficulty sleeping.
In case of accidental overconsumption, seek medical assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately (1-800-222-1222 in the US).

Roon products contain caffeine and other bioactive compounds including L-theanine, methylliberine, and theacrine. Individual responses to these ingredients vary. You assume full responsibility for monitoring your own response to Roon products and for using them in a manner consistent with the product labeling. 5. Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use Roon products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet the age requirement.

We do not knowingly sell to individuals under 18. If we become aware that a product has been purchased by or for a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

10. Subscriptions

Roon offers subscription services that allow customers to receive recurring shipments of products at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before the next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will be applied to the following billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes your agreement to the modified pricing.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution while a valid subscription or outstanding order is active is considered a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, Helios Intelligence, Inc. reserves the right to immediately cancel your subscription, refuse future orders, and provide your financial institution and relevant third parties with evidence of your purchase and these Terms in connection with the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@takeroon.com before initiating any dispute, as we are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

12. Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Roon is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control.

Your first order is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t love it, whether the taste isn’t for you, you didn’t feel the benefit you hoped for, or it’s just not the right fit, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, with no need to send anything back. The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order.

After your first order, and due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HELIOS INTELLIGENCE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HELIOS INTELLIGENCE, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ROON PRODUCTS THROUGH ANY COMMERCIAL CHANNEL IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helios Intelligence, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of a law or the rights of a third party.

21. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

22. Force Majeure

Helios Intelligence, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action or regulation, supply chain disruptions, manufacturer delays, labor disputes, or failure of third-party service providers. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

23. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AND HELIOS INTELLIGENCE, INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of the arbitration agreement in this section shall be null and void.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts as necessary to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
