Where We Ship

We ship across the United States, including P.O. boxes via USPS. Express orders may require a street address, as some expedited carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to US territories at this time.

Processing Time

Orders ship from our California warehouse on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Place your order before 12pm PST on a business day and it goes out the same day; otherwise it ships the next business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Method & Delivery

Standard orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery of 4–6 business days after shipment. Express shipping, with estimated delivery of 2–3 business days after shipment, is available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat $8. Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is a flat $15.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery progress directly on the USPS website. You can also sign in to your account to see order status and tracking anytime.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@takeroon.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Roon is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are unable to modify or reroute orders once they have shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
