What is VELO Max?
VELO Max is BAT's highest-nicotine VELO line in the US. BAT told the NACS show, as reported by 2Firsts, that the line launched in September 2026, and BAT's half-year report confirmed plans for a national rollout in the second half of 2026. The pouches contain tobacco-derived nicotine, no tobacco leaf, sucralose, and artificial flavor.

How strong is VELO Max 12 mg?
At about 12 mg per pouch, VELO Max is the highest strength under the VELO name in the US. VELO Plus tops out at 9 mg; the original VELO at roughly 7 mg. Pouch format and ingredients
BAT's product page calls VELO Max "20 Larger, Soft Pouches" with "Higher Moisture" and a disposal lid. Northerner's 12 mg listings call the format "Slim", with a 0.6 g portion and 12 g net weight per can. The two descriptions differ; BAT's page is the brand's own wording.

Is VELO Max FDA authorized?
