How this list was built

Every flavor, strength, and price comes from alppouch.com's product pages and product feed, pulled Oct 24, 2026. Per-pouch costs were computed from pack prices. We did not sample or use-test any of these pouches; flavor descriptions below are ALP's marketing copy, not our own tasting notes. Roon, which publishes this guide, makes its own nicotine-free caffeine pouch, and a few links below point to it. Every figure here is from brand-published pages, so you can check it yourself.

ALP core flavors (3, 6, 9, and 12 mg)

The original ALP lineup. Each tin holds 20 moist pouches. All seven flavors are available in 3, 6, 9, and 12 mg nicotine, sold in 5-, 20-, and 50-tin packs.

1. Chilled Mint

ALP calls it "cool, bold, and refreshingly straightforward." Available in every strength and pack size.

2. Refreshing Chill

"Smooth, crisp and refreshing." ALP adds that "It's like an arctic vacation in a pouch."

3. Spearmint

"Crisp, cool" with "ALP's signature moisture." Flagged as "available now for a limited time while supplies last." ALP warns "this launch won't stick around forever."

4. Mountain Wintergreen

"Crisp, cool, and refreshingly bold." No limited-availability flag.

5. Tropical Fruit

"A mouth-watering blend of exotic flavors with a hint of sweetness."

6. Sweet Nectar

ALP's copy: "Finally available... for now." No specific flavor description beyond the name. The "for now" wording suggests limited availability.

7. Classic

ALP's Classic page says "Classic is out of the vault, available now everywhere in California, as well as Washington D.C. and Massachusetts." ALP gives no flavor description for it.

ALP Drifters flavors (6 and 12 mg)

The Drifters line is ALP's fruit-forward collection. ALP's own warning: "Different packaging = different experience. The Drifters Collection features new formulations." Drifters tins hold 20 pouches (per alppouch.com Drifters product page) and come in 6 and 12 mg nicotine, sold as 5-tin or 20-tin packs.

1. Island Peach

"A tidal wave of tropical heat and a cool minty finish."

2. Blueberry Lemonade Ice

"Smooth and electric with a menthol finish."

3. Mango Freeze

ALP's copy: "Right after the tropical sun goes supernova in your lip, you'll be diving face-first into an ice-cold Alaskan glacier."

4. Lemon Raspberry

"A high-velocity collision between sour lemon and a deep berry finish, with a cool minty kick at the end."

5. Watermelon Kiwi Ice

ALP keeps it brief: "where the fruits come frosted."

ALP Frontier flavors (4 and 8 mg)

Frontier is a limited release. ALP says "this one won't be available forever." These tins hold 15 pouches (per ALP's Frontier pages) and come in two lower strengths: 4 and 8 mg nicotine. Sold in 5-tin and 20-tin packs, plus a 15-tin combo for $61.17.

1. Cowboy Coffee

"A rich hit of roasted espresso with a smooth, velvety sweetness." The only coffee-flavored nicotine pouch in the ALP lineup.

2. Sunset Mango

"Sun-scorched mango sweetness." Unlike Drifters' Mango Freeze, its description mentions no ice.

3. Campfire Cinnamon

"Spiced cinnamon with a smooth finish."

ALP Caffeine Break flavors (50 mg caffeine, no nicotine)

Caffeine Break is ALP's nicotine-free line. Each tin contains 15 XL pouches delivering 50 mg caffeine per pouch and zero nicotine. ALP describes them as "nicotine-free and made in the USA." Sold in 5-tin packs ($27.45) and 20-tin packs ($104.28), with a 25-tin combo at $116.65. The combo pack copy names five flavors; Pumpkin Spice appears on the individual product page but not in the combo description.

The six flavors: Wintergreen, Black Cherry, Coffee Break, Spicy Cinnamon, Peppermint and Pumpkin Spice.

How Roon compares on caffeine. Caffeine Break delivers 50 mg per pouch. Roon delivers 80 mg caffeine alongside 25 mg methylliberine (Dynamine), which extends how long the caffeine lasts. A randomized, double-blind crossover PK study (n=12) found methylliberine co-administered with caffeine stretched caffeine's half-life from 7.2 to 15 hours without raising the peak; that study used 100 mg methylliberine and 150 mg caffeine, roughly 4x and 1.9x what a single pouch contains, so the direction of the effect applies but not the exact magnitudes. The formula also includes 60 mg L-theanine and 5 mg theacrine (TeaCrine), and each pouch is an 80 mg increment: two at once bring you to 160 mg, still within the FDA's 400 mg daily guideline for healthy adults (limit of 4 pouches a day). On a per-100-mg-caffeine basis, Caffeine Break runs about $0.73 at the 5-pack price; Roon runs about $0.76 on a 12-tin subscription. Close on cost per milligram, but price per milligram says nothing about how long a pouch lasts; Roon's formula is aimed at a 6 to 8 hour stretch from one pouch.

Which ALP flavors are limited editions?

ALP's own product pages flag Spearmint, Sweet Nectar and the whole Frontier line as limited, and say Classic is sold in California, Washington D.C. and Massachusetts. Spearmint is "available now for a limited time while supplies last." Sweet Nectar reads "Finally available... for now." The Frontier line is "A limited release," and ALP adds "this one won't be available forever." Classic is "out of the vault, available now everywhere in California, as well as Washington D.C. and Massachusetts."

Before you pick a strength

ALP's product pages carry the warning: "This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical." You must be 21 or older to purchase. ALP's own FAQ recommends: "Tuck one between your upper lip and gum for 15 to 45 minutes."

This article does not recommend starting doses. If you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a heart condition, talk to a clinician before using any nicotine product. If you're trying to stop using nicotine entirely, the national quitline is 1-800-QUIT-NOW.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many ALP flavors are there?

As of Oct 24, 2026, ALP lists 15 nicotine flavors in three lines (7 core, 5 Drifters, 3 Frontier) plus 6 nicotine-free Caffeine Break flavors at 50 mg caffeine, 21 in all. The count changes when ALP rotates limited editions in or out.

What nicotine strengths does ALP offer?

It depends on the line. Core pouches come in 3, 6, 9, and 12 mg. Drifters come in 6 and 12 mg. Frontier runs lower at 4 and 8 mg. Caffeine Break contains no nicotine.

Does ALP sell a peppermint nicotine pouch?

Not in the current nicotine lineup on alppouch.com. Peppermint is a Caffeine Break flavor (50 mg caffeine, no nicotine). In the core nicotine line, the mint-family options are Chilled Mint, Refreshing Chill, Spearmint, and Mountain Wintergreen.

Who makes ALP pouches?

ALP comes from ALP Supply Co. LLC, based in Miami, FL. The company is a 50/50 joint venture between Tucker Carlson Network and Turning Point Brands. ALP launched in November 2024.

Flavor Without the Nicotine

If you're scanning the Caffeine Break line because you want a pouch without nicotine, Roon is built on a different premise. Instead of 50 mg of caffeine per pouch, each Roon pouch pairs 80 mg caffeine with 25 mg methylliberine (Dynamine), 60 mg L-theanine, and 5 mg theacrine (TeaCrine). Methylliberine slows caffeine clearance: in a double-blind crossover study (n=12), co-administration cut caffeine's oral clearance from 41.9 to 17.1 L/hr while the peak stayed flat. That study dosed 100 mg methylliberine with 150 mg caffeine, about 4x and 1.9x what Roon contains, so the mechanism points the same direction at a smaller scale. In daily use, one pouch is meant to cover roughly 6 to 8 hours rather than a short spike. Because the tail runs long, plan your last pouch at least 8 hours before you go to sleep.

Roon is Cool Mint, 15 pouches per tin, zero nicotine, zero sugar (it contains sucralose). It costs from $9.16 per tin on a 12-tin subscription, and a first order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee (one per customer, nothing to send back). Looking to drop nicotine pouches without giving up the under-the-lip ritual? Give Roon a look.
