Step 1: Pick a Single-Flavor Can on takeultra.com
Go to takeultra.com and select a single-flavor can. Focus has 5 flavors; Energy has 3. Single-can listings cost $16.00 ($1.07 per pouch) and do not require a plan.
Avoid the "can builder," which bundles 3, 6, or 9 cans. The Focus builder is subscription-only. Stick to a single-can product page for a one-time order.
Step 2: Confirm No Delivery Frequency Is Selected
Some single cans, such as Ultra Energy, also offer an optional plan every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. Before checkout, confirm the one-time option is selected and no delivery frequency appears in the order summary.
Step 3: Check Your Order Confirmation Email

If a Charge Already Went Through
If Ultra processed a shipment you did not want, contact Ultra support in writing and keep a copy. Save your order confirmation email as documentation. A credit card dispute is a last resort; banks expect you to contact the merchant first.
