Flow Pouches Near Me: Stores, Amazon, and the Real Price
Flow Pouches Near Me: Stores, Amazon, and the Real Price
If you searched "flow pouches near me," you will not find Flow pouches in a store near you. As of October 2026, Flow says it is online-only, and no retail store locator exists for the brand. You can buy Flow pouches two ways: on flowpouch.com, where bundles run $0.35 to $0.48 per pouch on monthly refills, or on Amazon, where a 5-can pack costs $49.00 ($0.49 per pouch) with no subscription required.
The Google results for this search are also misleading. Two of the top results are store locators for completely different companies named "Flow." This page sorts out the real channels, the real prices, and what to do if you need a pouch in hand today.
| Channel | Price | Per Pouch | Subscription? | Shipping | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| flowpouch.com, 15-can bundle | $105.00 | $0.35 | Refill every 8 weeks (cancel anytime) | 3-5 biz days after shipping | Cheapest per pouch |
| flowpouch.com, 8-can bundle | $59.00 | $0.37 | Monthly refill | 3-5 biz days after shipping | "Buy 4 Get 4 Free" |
| flowpouch.com, 5-can bundle | $42.00 | $0.42 | Monthly refill | 3-5 biz days after shipping | "Buy 3 Get 2 Free" |
| flowpouch.com, 3-can bundle | $29.00 | $0.48 | Monthly refill | 3-5 biz days after shipping | "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" |
| flowpouch.com, single can | $20.00 | $1.00 | None listed | Varies | Full list price |
| Amazon (5-can pack) | $49.00 | $0.49 | Subscribe & Save available | Per Amazon | Sold by FlowPouch |
| Gas stations / Walmart / smoke shops | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | Not available |
All prices verified October 7, 2026. Flow's product page shows a rotating sale banner ("Labor Day Sale," "Early Autumn Sale"), but the bundle prices above appear to be the standing offer, not a limited-time discount.
Can You Buy Flow Pouches in Stores?
No. Flow's own FAQ confirms the brand is online-only for now. The pouches are available through Flow's website and Amazon (more on that below).
A Walmart.com search for "flow mushroom pouches" on October 7, 2026, returned two unrelated products: a BREZ Flow mushroom drink and LUV Health Flow Drops. No Flow pouches appeared.
This is common for newer nicotine-free pouch brands. Most start online to control margins and build direct relationships before negotiating shelf space. If you are wondering which focus pouch brands are in stores, the answer is a short list, and Flow is not on it.
The "Flow Store Locator" on Google Is a Different Company
If you searched "flow pouches near me" and saw a store locator result, you likely clicked into Flow Formulas, an endurance nutrition company that sells hydration mixes and chews for runners and cyclists. It has nothing to do with Flow mushroom pouches.
A second locator result belongs to yet another unrelated brand. Our Flow pouches review covers the naming confusion in more detail.
Buying Flow on flowpouch.com: Price per Pouch
Flow's product page presents bundles as monthly subscriptions. The selector reads "Refills arrive every 4 weeks" (or 8 weeks for the largest bundle) and "Adjust, pause or cancel anytime." Each can holds 20 pouches. Here is the per-pouch math:
| Bundle | Cans | Total Pouches | Price | Per Pouch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Buy 2 Get 1 Free | 3 | 60 | $29.00 | $0.48 |
| Buy 3 Get 2 Free | 5 | 100 | $42.00 | $0.42 |
| Buy 4 Get 4 Free | 8 | 160 | $59.00 | $0.37 |
| Buy 7 Get 8 Free | 15 | 300 | $105.00 | $0.35 |
| Single can (catalog) | 1 | 20 | $20.00 | $1.00 |
The page also shows a rotating extra-discount code with a countdown timer. Flow's shipping policy says most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 PM ET ship the same day, with mainland US delivery in 3 to 5 business days after that.
Can You Buy Flow Pouches Without a Subscription?
Yes, on Amazon. The 5-can pack ($49.00) can be bought as a one-time purchase, though Amazon Subscribe & Save is also offered at a discount.
On flowpouch.com, the bundle selector as of October 7 showed only refill terms. There was no visible one-time toggle. If you subscribe and later want to stop, Flow's FAQ says you can manage, skip, or cancel in the account portal. For issues, Flow directs customers to support@flowpouch.com.
If avoiding subscriptions is a priority, see our guide to brands that sell without a subscription.
Flow Pouches on Amazon: What to Check
The listing that matters: Flow Pouches Mushroom Nootropic Pouches, 5 Cans, Cool Mint. It is sold by FlowPouch, the brand's own seller account. As of October 7, 2026, the listing had 4.1 out of 5 stars from 83 ratings and was first available May 28, 2026.
Available flavors on Amazon include Cool Mint, Mint, Sour Apple, and Wintergreen, each at $49.00 for 5 cans (100 pouches). The listing headline mentions "600mg," which refers to the combined mushroom extract equivalents per pouch (lion's mane, reishi, and cordyceps listed as 10:1 extracts), not a single-ingredient dose.
Before buying from any third-party marketplace listing, confirm the seller is FlowPouch. For broader tips, see our guide to buying nicotine-free pouches on Amazon.
What You Are Buying: Flow's Label in 30 Seconds
Each Flow pouch contains:
- Lion's mane 10:1 extract: 30 mg (300 mg equivalent)
- Cordyceps 10:1 extract: 15 mg (150 mg equivalent)
- Reishi 10:1 extract: 15 mg (150 mg equivalent)
- Theacrine: 5 mg
- Vitamin B12: 20 mcg (833% DV)
- Allulose: 100 mg (sweetener)
No caffeine. No nicotine. 20 pouches per can. Flavors on flowpouch.com: Wintergreen, Cool Mint, Citrus, Blue Razz, and Sour Apple (Cool Mint was sold out on October 7). The brand claims onset in about 5 minutes and effects lasting 3 to 4 hours, and suggests 4 to 6 pouches per day.
Whether those mushroom doses match the clinical research is a longer conversation. Our Flow pouches review covers it.
If You Need Something Today
Flow is not in stores. If you want a pouch in your hand this afternoon, here are realistic options:
- Other nicotine-free pouch brands with some retail presence. A handful of brands have made it onto shelves. Our guides to caffeine pouches near you and which focus pouch brands are in stores cover which ones and where.
- Ultra pouches. Also online-first. See whether Ultra is sold at gas stations and Flow vs Ultra pouches compared for a side-by-side.
- Roon. An online caffeine pouch (80 mg caffeine, 60 mg L-theanine, 25 mg methylliberine, 5 mg theacrine per pouch; 15 per tin). Not a like-for-like swap for Flow: Roon contains caffeine and is built for sustained alertness, while Flow is caffeine-free and built around functional mushrooms. Good for someone who wants caffeine, not someone avoiding it.
Order Online, and Pick Your Channel by Price
Flow pouches are not in stores, not at gas stations, and not at Walmart. The two real channels are flowpouch.com (cheapest per pouch at $0.35 on the 15-can refill, but subscription-first checkout) and Amazon (one-time purchase at $0.49 per pouch, or Subscribe & Save at a discount, sold by the brand itself). If you are comparing channels, the decision comes down to whether you want the lower per-pouch price of a recurring order or the simplicity of a one-time Amazon purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do gas stations sell Flow pouches?
No. As of October 2026, Flow lists no gas station, smoke shop, or other brick-and-mortar stockist. The brand's FAQ confirms it is online-only. Google results showing "Flow" store locators belong to unrelated brands like Flow Formulas, an endurance nutrition company.
Is Flow on Amazon?
Yes. A 5-can pack (100 pouches) has been available on Amazon since May 28, 2026, sold by FlowPouch at $49.00. Flavors include Cool Mint, Mint, Sour Apple, and Wintergreen.
How much are Flow pouches?
A single can lists at $20.00 on flowpouch.com ($1.00 per pouch). Bundle pricing drops as low as $0.35 per pouch on the 15-can refill plan. On Amazon, the 5-can pack works out to $0.49 per pouch with no subscription.
How do I cancel a Flow subscription?
Flow's FAQ says you can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription through the account portal on flowpouch.com. If you run into issues, contact support@flowpouch.com.
Does Flow have a money-back guarantee?
Flow advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, but it is conditional. You must use Flow 4 to 6 pouches daily for at least two weeks before claiming it. Separately, Flow's FAQ accepts unopened returns within 30 days, with return shipping paid by the customer.
Are Flow pouches caffeine free?
Yes. Flow contains no caffeine. It does contain 5 mg of theacrine, a compound structurally related to caffeine, along with functional mushroom extracts (lion's mane, cordyceps, reishi) and vitamin B12.
If the Point Is Getting a Pouch Without the Runaround
The friction behind this search is real: you wanted a pouch near you and found online-only ordering, a subscription-first checkout, and Google results for the wrong brand. If that experience left you wanting something more straightforward, Roon is worth a look, with one caveat: it is a caffeine pouch, not a caffeine-free mushroom pouch like Flow, so it suits a different need entirely.
Roon's four-ingredient formula (80 mg caffeine, 60 mg L-theanine, 25 mg methylliberine, 5 mg theacrine) is built for duration. Methylliberine (Dynamine) slows caffeine clearance. In a randomized, double-blind crossover PK study, co-administration of 100 mg methylliberine with 150 mg caffeine cut caffeine's oral clearance from 41.9 to 17.1 L/hr and extended its half-life from 7.2 to 15 hours, with no increase in peak concentration. That study used 4x the methylliberine and roughly 1.9x the caffeine in a Roon pouch, so the numbers do not map directly, but the mechanism is directionally the same: same peak, longer tail, which is why one pouch is built for a 6 to 8 hour window of focus with no jitters and no crash. The trade-off: stop at least 8 hours before bed.
Pricing is transparent. Subscriptions start from $9.16 per tin, as little as $0.61 per pouch, and a one-time 4-tin order is available with no subscription required. First order gets a 30-day money-back guarantee, once per customer. Try Roon here.
