The per-100 mg caffeine column applies only to Ultra Energy (180 mg caffeine per pouch). Ultra Focus uses paraxanthine, not caffeine, and Ultra Sleep contains neither. Roon's per-100 mg figure is higher because each pouch carries 80 mg of caffeine; the tradeoff is duration, covered below.

How Much Is a Single Can of Ultra?
A single can is $16.00 on takeultra.com, 15 pouches, $1.07 each. Single-can pages exist for five Focus flavors (Cool Mint, Wintergreen, Tropical, Watermelon, Blue Razz) and three Energy flavors (Sweet Mint, Wintergreen, Black Cherry). No subscription required.
Ultra's FAQ lists free shipping on orders of $50 or more and on all recurring subscription orders. Single-can pages also show a "FREE SHIPPING" badge. The two do not obviously agree for a lone $16 can, so treat shipping as calculated at checkout. Those pages also note a "30-day guarantee," but the terms are not spelled out in the text we read.
How Much Does an Ultra Subscription Cost?
Ultra runs two discount tiers: a steeper first-order rate and a smaller ongoing one.
First order: 35% off 3 cans ($10.40/can), 40% off 6 ($9.60/can), 45% off 9 ($8.80/can). The 9-can first order is the cheapest Ultra gets: $0.59 a pouch.
Recurring: 25% off 3 cans ($12.00/can), 30% off 6 ($11.20/can), 35% off 9 ($10.40/can). After that first shipment, per-pouch cost settles between $0.69 and $0.80.

A 3-can Focus Variety Pack on Amazon lists at $38.00 one-time ($0.84 a pouch). Subscribe & Save drops that to $34.20 ($0.76 a pouch, 10% off). A third-party seller was showing $37.39 when checked October 31.
Amazon's one-time rate ($0.84) beats a single can on takeultra.com ($1.07) but loses to Ultra's own recurring 3-can subscription ($0.80) and falls well short of the first-order rate ($0.69). Amazon wins on Prime shipping convenience. Ultra's store wins on ongoing per-pouch cost.

Yes. All three lines list at $16.00 per can with identical subscription tiers. Ultra Energy has 180 mg caffeine per pouch, so its cost per 100 mg drops to $0.33 on a 9-can first order. Ultra Focus contains 100 mg paraxanthine (a caffeine metabolite) and zero caffeine. Ultra Sleep has 1 mg melatonin and neither stimulant. A per-mg caffeine comparison only applies to Energy.

Paying for Hours, Not Milligrams
Ultra Energy's 180 mg per pouch looks efficient on a cost-per-milligram chart. But milligrams measure the peak, not how long the lift holds. Ultra's own single-can page says "Effects last 1-2 hours."
Roon pairs 80 mg caffeine with 25 mg methylliberine (Dynamine), 60 mg L-theanine and 5 mg theacrine (TeaCrine) in a zero-nicotine, zero-sugar pouch placed under the lip. Methylliberine slows caffeine clearance: in a randomized, double-blind crossover PK study (n=12), co-administration extended caffeine's half-life from 7.2 to 15 hours and cut oral clearance from 41.9 to 17.1 L/hr with no higher peak (study). That study used 100 mg methylliberine and 150 mg caffeine, roughly 4x and 1.9x Roon's doses, so the mechanism applies directionally rather than as a direct measurement. Felt duration per pouch: 6 to 8 hours, not the study's 15-hour half-life. Because the tail is longer, allow at least 8 hours between your last pouch and bedtime.
